1. Repeat stay because of past good experiences and proximity to family, but one major additional factor was the made-to-order omelettes available at the breakfast included with the room cost, all cooked by one truly excellent, extremely friendly chef.

3. From the friendly doormen who greeted us everytime we entered to the courteous front desk staff who efficiently checked us in and out, they were all terrific.

4. Hotel staff very friendly and willing to go out of way to help visitors - such as hailing cabs, confirming directions, getting extra items to rooms (a couple of lights were burned out and were replaced within minutes of our check-in), storing luggage on our last day.
