1. We went late (usually 9am) so we missed the big business traveler rush.

2. Yes we really liked this hotel, but be aware: because it is so big and have all the benefits, there are a lot of kids( school buses full) and there are a lot of seminars are given at the hotel itself.

3. Kids loved the pool, but it was a bit small, which made me nervous only when it got crowded and big kids were jumping & diving.

7. Breakfast in the morning is a bit of a cluster, so don't expect to be able to just grab something to eat, and what's with the small coffee cups? You all afraid I might take a big cup to go or something? People are nice.
