1. But the kindness of the staff getting us in out of the rain, streamlined front desk attention, the personally served hot breakfast were exceptional.

2. (insufficient parking- not enough elevators-not enough stairs to get to the lobby-not paying attention to late check-ins and giving the room away that was booked 6 months earlier with guaranteed late check in-not enough tables or chairs to accommodate guests for the 3 hour breakfast window.
