5. This time, all staff on hand were prompt and helpful with all requests, tho' it was obvious that it was a very busy time (we ate breakfast there every day).

The one time we had a small issue, the manager went out of his way to make sure our problems were solved promptly, and then even tho it was a very minor issue (we had hoped to get the same room wed had the last time we stayed), he comped us a full dinner, featuring ribeye steaks for me and the wife, and cheeseburgers for the boys.
