2. I have stayed at both Spokane Red Lion property's the rooms are exactly the same from my experience so if your not interested in the indoor pool etc the river inn seems like a better value.

3. The bathroom fans could have worked better, we often got whiffs of 'bathroom smells' in the hallway as we walked between our room and the lobby.

4. The dining room had far better hours than the Red Lion in Richland WA --we could get food at any time during the day and into the evening and the menu had more selection.

10. We only had breakfast in the restaurant (Ripples) and would not get the very poor buffet again -- ordering from the menu is more expensive but far better than the buffet.
