4. Rugs were not vacumed, bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, and hallways needed new rug and painting.

5. The rooms are very clean and nicely updated, but it's obvious they just dressed up an old building: new tile in shower over a really beat-up bathtub.

6. What could have been better? We found out upon check in that the hot tub was closed for renos which was slightly disappointing but truth is we likely wouldn`t have used it this trip anyways -- but for some guests this I`m sure was unwelcome news.

7. until we went to use glasses provided by the hotel, picked up first one and it had tooth paste all over it, picked up second glass and it had lip stick all over it, but good news was other two drinking glasses were clean.

8. When I checked it, the front desk staff was inexperienced, which didn`t bother me, I am in the hotel business and know what it is like to be new, but the reservation wasn`t prepaid.

9. Hotel room was very dirty and had broken furniture and stained carpet- there was a drill bit left on the carpet by someone (maintenance?) we were awakened by "housekeeping" at 11:30 PM to give us keys to a new room- but they had the wrong room.
