1. Everyone there is so nice and the staff seem like they really love working there.

2. I have stayed at both Spokane Red Lion property's the rooms are exactly the same from my experience so if your not interested in the indoor pool etc the river inn seems like a better value.

4. Our room had sliding glass doors onto a lawn and tennis courts, I really liked this feature.

5. I really liked that I had a feather pillow and the bed was double sheeted, unfortunately we still had the use the bed cover for warmth and I don't like those at all.

6. The personnel is very friendly - it seems like everyone in Spokane is - but I have to say that I wish they'd made it clearer that there are 2 hotels of the same chain so close to one another, because I'm sure I'm not the first to make this mistake.

7. Overall, a nice place for the price, and they don't charge for parking like their sister facility a block further down the river.
