10. The 3rd floor rooms are mostly onto a mezzanine that prvides an 'atrium' sort of setting, with second floor rooms oening onto a 'lobby' replete with comfortable period furniture, lots of books, magazines, and papers, coffee, tea, and - as I recall - cookies.
