I arrived at the hotel after midnight (after calling to let them know), the check in process was fairly easy, but the clerk rambled on about all the services available in the hotel and the restaurant and I was too tired to care (I had explained we had had car trouble on the way and hoped to be able to get it resolved the next morning).
