1. biggest disappointment? as a traveller who had spent a long time seating, a swim is an important part of my stay - the advertised all season heated pool (advertised?) was not heated apptly- as told by front desk; and had a big 'hose' laying in the middle of it; so could not even swim in the cold.

5. The only negatives: there was gum stuck on the carpet in our room :( a big area too as big as my hand.

7. All of this being said, I saw some displays in the hotel that indicated they are planning a big renovation in October so I'm sure that will change everything.
