2. We had a 3rd floor, room 301, with a less than perfect sea/boat harbor/tree view, over a 4 lane road (quiet with sliding doors closed) View, off to the left, included the warf/pier.

10. The motel is close to the wharf and boat launch so the location is good but there are many many motels in the area( along Bath street ) that are probably nicer and more quiet.
