9. Do the jeep tours to the wine country and make sure to go see the courthouse builing and grounds which are beautiful (just like the rest of the town).

It wasn`t that we discounted the preceding comments here from other Tripadvisor reviewers or ignored the fact that there`s a conspicuous lack of positive commentary about the Best Western Beachside anywhere we could find; our travel agenda simply permitted only one night in beautiful Santa Barbara, and the Beachside was the only place we could find that would accept a one night reservation on a summer Saturday.
