1. The staff was fantastic and exceedingly went above and beyond 'good service' Will happily stay at fess parker anytime :).

2. They did and since I was still in my wedding gown (I think), they were kind enough to not charge for the upgrade and send up a bottle of champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries and vouchers for their fantastic breakfast buffet.
