1. My only complaint was the service did not match the price--I have had much more attentive service at other hotels in this price range.

6. I don't think they pay attention to detail like they once did (the place has a touch of shabbiness in the furnishings both in the rooms and in the main areas) For $375 per night, I guess I expected more updated furnishings in the room and bathroom.
