1. Front reception staff should realize that some travelers may have been driving for 4 or 5 hours and just want to get to their room without being given the run around along with a lack of care attitude.

6. In neither room did the TV work - we didn't care but Grandma called the desk about hers, and eventually they sent up a staff member who had to move the heavy furniture to plug it in (who unplugs a TV?).

8. They really needed to be cared for as my Mother had just finished planning my sister's wedding and mine the year prior; they had not been able to celebrate their 27th wedding anniversary as we were deep in the weeds planning my sister's wedding.
