1. The front desk could do a little better job to make you feel welcome back rather than just 'show me your credit card'.

4. Service was generally terrific -- when we asked for a recommendation for a good Italian restaurant for lunch in a town full of touristy ones -- we were sent to a place called Olio, where our meal was better than some fantastic meals we've had in Italy.
