1. We had our pug with us and the hotel was very welcoming and accommodating - they even provided a bed and bowls for him.

4. We were stopping unexpectedly in Santa Barbara so called a few days in advance and was able to get a room ~ we were pleased with the accommodations though a little on the small side.

7. As a result, of all the problems and delays, we asked to check out 1 hour later but they were not accommodating at all and this was on a Monday so I was not too happy about that.
