1. I really like the fact that while it's on a quiet side street, you are only a couple of blocks from the main drag - State Street - so you can walk to the many restaurants and shops a few minutes away.

9. It is nicely decorated and very quiet although there is an uncovered skylight so bring eyepatches if you are a light sleeper and would be disturbed by early morning light.
