1. I really like the fact that while it's on a quiet side street, you are only a couple of blocks from the main drag - State Street - so you can walk to the many restaurants and shops a few minutes away.

3. Its like an apartment rather than a suite and the balcony area has great views of Santa Barbara and is big enough to entertain (we had family staying in another room elsewhere in the b&b).
