1. Santa Barbara is generally pretty pricey and this hotel tends to be on a lower end so relatively to other hotels in the city, it offers good bang for your buck.

6. The hotel has car parking which is an additional charge and although I would recommend the hotel, I didn't consider it to be particularly good value - this may be a reflection on the rates charged in Santa Barbara generally rather than the hotel itself.
