1. I would call this a terrific hotel for business, and for those of you that ACHE for their rooms to feel like the Hyatt.

3. It is within walking distance to the beach, piers, downtown SB, the trolley picks up and drops off there (I think it cost 25 cents or something like that to ride it, beware, the cabs are EXPENSIVE.
