1. Two balconies, one overlooking the wharf, a beautiful room and bath, generous and prompt room service, & an on site spa with guest use of jacuzzi and sauna.

6. This was the only hotel we stayed in during our road trip where the maids/maintenance staff were unfriendly, if you passed them on the stairs or in the grounds they never acknowledged you or said hello as is generally common elsewhere.

9. When I complained to the front desk the general Manager was extremely rude and offensive, even in front of my daughter who was traveling with me.

10. Despite the short power outtage just as we check in (the manager generously offered to move us to another hotel if power wasn't restored after our dinner), we loved this hotel.
