1. You can walk it, but it is a good walk and if you are buying stuff, what a pain to have to carry everything with you.

3. Pros:- large room- great location- friendly, helpful staff- good restaurant recommendations- huge, great breakfast next door at Eladio's- nice pool & lawn areaCons:- street noise- chintzy with the toiletries (1 bar of soap for sink, shower and tub.
