3. For some reason we only had turn down service on one of our three nights, not sure why, but that wasn't that important to us, so I did not complain.

5. Even the most basic Comfort Inn will change the toilet paper for you, right? But apparently not this place, which for some reason is ranked #1 in all of Santa Barbara on Trip Advisor.

Positives:- Location- Friendly staff- Spacious room- Comfortable bed and sheets- Flat screen TV (although a tad small for the distance from the bed)- Look/architecture of property- Includes smaller breakfast- Nice tub and showerIf I came back to Santa Barbara, I would probably try another hotel in the same class before I came back - for whatever reason, it just didn't all click for a 'nicer' hotel - I would, however, still keep it in mind.
