4. Lots of little amenities that are nice, like the fountain, firepit, fresh evening cookies, deluxe continental breakfast, wonderful cheese plate at happy hour, fresh fruit water midday, fruit all day, newspapers, fireplace in lobby that creates ambiance.

6. The staff stored our luggage on the morning we checked out and were happy to let us leave our car in their car park until we headed on to LA late in the afternoon.

7. I was very happy to see that the shower has a glass enclosure, rather than the tacky (and possibly unsanitary) shower curtains often found in hotels.

9. The other thing that bothered me was their wine bar opening for happy Hour and then they charge $8 for a glass of wine.
