7. ATTENTION TO DETAIL: As I mentioned, the attention to detail was impressive.

8. We checked in at 6 PM, and one of the things that impressed me during my `check out the room` ritual was two couples sitting at a table in the garden, relaxing over a bottle of wine with a comfortable fire blazing on top of their table.
