6. We thought we had booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express at Mission Bay, which we stayed at the last time we were in San Diego and were very pleased.

7. One particular day we left the maid a note with a $5 tip to please leave us more bath towels, when we returned we found that she took the note & the tip but left only 4 towels AGAIN.
