1. We had a couple issues but she was on it to resolve it and helped getting the group's boarding passes for their flight.

2. The hotel was near the airport and the places the group was visiting so it was convenient, they partner with Du-par's Restaurant and provided breakfast, the sales managed Edel was very helpful throughout the process.
