There has been a disabled truck and 'hauling business' trailer, as well as a 70's model trashed motor home parked on the street where you enter the property, which is placed between a 'psychic reader' and a Home Depot -- not the best of relaxing locales but it IS a really close and easy drive to SeaWorld from here.
