1. Finally they called me and told me that I DID have a hotel room, the reservation number WAS correct, they had just misspelled my friends name by one letter.

8. The room's furnishings (we had a junior suite) were OK but the AC sounded like a Mack truck, (and the staff were notified that it was noisy but it was not fixed); there was an exposed cord (actual wiring exposed) in our room (#235) and our friend's room telephone was not even hooked up.
