1. At first we had neglected to inform them that we were staying two per room (had three rooms), and were placed in single bed rooms, but as soon as we called down they arranged for new rooms, sent the bellhops to us with new keys, who in turn helped us get situated in the new rooms.

2. The only positive I have to say about this place is that the catering person who helped me make my room reservations months before was really helpful; although she'd quit by the time the con started.

8. Friendliness and helpfulness from everyone I met-housekeepers, dining room, valets, bellmen, I especially appreciated Socorro, Diego, Josie, and Orlando who helped me feel comfortable at a conference.
