1. I understand that this is used for a bunch of regional conventions - but boy, we are not a Shriner's or Comic-Con bunch, and we are used to a good hotel, good service, good value for your money, and this place failed to meet all expectations, and was a complete wipeout as an enjoyable decent place to stay.

2. Our most enjoyable meals, other than the ones where a T&C employee managed to give us the kind of service you expect at a resort/convention hotel? They were at Pam Pam's Restaurant and the Valley Inn Coffee Shop on the other side of Hotel Circle.
