1. I found this experience to be the signature attitude of the hotel and its staff (excepting one bellman, one server, the maid service in our room and one front of the house manager) throughout the whole of my stay.

4. It is a 38 acre property, which sounds nice, except it is 38 acres of concrete and asphalt between a freeway, shopping mall and a train depot.
