6. Although, it is a great place for a walk along the water, multiple choices for refreshements (btw- try the bar at the hotel) Little Italy or Gaslamp or waterfront are tough choices,but you have choices if you do not want to drive.

9. Balconies are nice with great views of the harbor and downtown areas, proximity to freeway and downtown area provide alot of traffic noise when the doors are open.
