5. unfortunately, my stay here included: 1) a chipped bathtub with a drain that makes drumming sounds and wakes me up when others in the hotel take a shower at 5am, 2) a toilet that doesn`t stop running, 3) a phone where people can`t hear me, 4) a single cookie that is a brick when cooled, 5) undercooked scallops and warm rolls with dinner that are dried out, 6) no hotel info or breakfast order menu in the room, and 7) a keycard that `demagnetized when it was near my cell phone or other credit cards` requiring a trip to the lobby to reactivate.

7. The ice and soda machines were only on a couple of floors and there was no refrigerator in our room, we had to go to the other floors for our ice each time we needed a refill to keep our drinks cool.
