4. The sales staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional, plus they work with all the fun things that we throw at them (Joanie/Amy/Niki are their best catchers, fyi).

6. She arranged for our two rooms to be directly across the hall from each other and then directed us to the best breakfast in town (a 3/4 mile walk through downtown) for a Sunday morning.
