We were very
pleased
with the hotel's location, Fashion Valley was a brisk ten minute walk away (Abercrombie, Gap and Hollister for our teenagers, Macy's and JC Penney for us.

It was our fault for not calling the front desk to make them aware of it sooner, we were informed by front desk receptionist and the engineer who came to our room to fix heater that there services are 24 / 7 to

e not hesitate to call them.
