1. Great service at front desk- best service compared to other tournament sponsored hotels- no mistakes with reservation, all players actually had rooms in the same building as promised, very friendly and helpful staff.

4. Staff were helpful, rooms clean and tidy, food was excellent and our waitress freindly and chatty, after reading some of the comments left by people that had a bad time i can only assume they expect too much or are incapable of looking after themselves we honestly could not fault this place.

As it was our first visit to this lovely city, we appreciated all the help we got form the staff at the hotel, telling us (before we arrived) how much cheaper it was to rent a car at the hotel (Enterprise has a rental office inside the hotel), what it cost to get from the airport to the hotel ($21), and tourist advice.

8. Kevin the shuttle bus driver was a pleasure, Levi the bellboy helped us out a lot, Sandra and Jose were charming, and the recommended taxi driver Cientang was informative and a complete gentleman.
