4. One of the readers ate our ticket durung the stay, and it took at least 15 minutes at the front desk (at 10:30 PM) to get a new ticket.

7. The hotel manager did apologise no end but by this point we just wanted out - he did help us find other accomodation and did pay partly towards our taxi fare to the new hotel.

9. We called and after a bit of a run around we were told they'd bring up a new remote immediately.

10. The room itself was newly decorated (smelled of paint), but the vents were dirty, the hall had dirty dishes, and the door was broken 2 different ways and it apparently wasn't a priority to fix it to insure the guests' safety.
