1. I was with a friend for her 50th birthday as a girlfriends getaway weekend and we were impressed by the thought and care that goes into the planning of hotel operations.

2. While we did enjoy our stay at the handlery the overall experience with them was disappointing as obviously they provide the service while you're booking and while you're there, but once they take your money they could care less about you.

3. The staff in general were very helpful, apart from Jose, the guy on the front desk when we turned up - he was a bit abrupt, and we felt he didn`t really care if we stayed there or not.

5. You`re supposed to pay for a ticket on the trolley but no one ever asked for ours nor did they seem to care if we had one.
