3. True, the furniture in this place may be a little dated; would you rather have a more updated room or one that is classy yet clean with reasonable rates? The dated furniture is reminescent of the tropics with its bamboo bed, Hawaiian lamps and chairs.

4. From the point of view of the reunion the KK has it all: plenty of rooms at a reasonable price, great location with a view of the Submarine Base, meeting rooms, restaurants, and is close to the airport.

8. I was in the wheelchair accessable room (although we are both able bodied), so that may be the reason for some of the differences than what others describe.

9. In case you're wondering I think that the extra $15 for parking is more than enough reason NOT to stay here.

10. My one and only disappointment was the front desk staff, who in my opinion were a bit rude and unprofessional for some unknown reason with both check in and checkout, with a very cavalier attitude it seemed about everything including any simple question I had regarding parking and such.
