1. The first week of May we stayed at the kona Kai ,there were severalproblems that came up before we left Illinois, I called the front deskand Tina, Jessica and Patrice went out of there way to make sure myfirends that did not have a room were able to stay with us ,this was 2hours before we were to go to the airport,there was also a big partythat week in town.

3. besides which1) Internet sucks - I was at a meeting with a big group of scientists and not a single person was able to connect to the internet2) Hallways are smelly 3) Rooms are small and beds sack4) They charge even for the gym and parking.

6. In the lobby is a comfy seating area with a nice fireplace, the pool is big and inviting, and I was happy to see they had a few lanes blocked off for serious swimmers.
