1. Food in the casual restaurant was decent with a good Children's menu but room service breakfast was spotty with the kitchen staff not being able to get the order accurate and having to return several times to correct forgotten items.

10. You dont need to bring shampoo, conditioner or body wash ( unless you prefer a particular brand) because they dont supply you with those tiny bottles most places do, they have decent size refillable bottles in the shower, nice touch.
