3. Yes, the grounds are beautiful (tropical touch) & well-taken care of with many things to do (tennis, pools, ping-pong, etc) & our stay was very peaceful & tranquil.

4. Old, semi-rotted trimwork was painted over to look new, marble bathroom floors that had never been taken care of were old and dingy looking, old tub.

7. I didn't believe this last-minute excuse because if all the rooms were booked, then why didn't they just say that when I first inquired? The woman at the front desk said she was sorry, but whenever I wanted to come back, she would make sure we were taken care of.

9. Be careful of the golf carts the staff uses, as they drive over the speed limit and we had to run out of the way with my small children in tow and almost got hit several times.
