1. Although I am trying convey some positive aspects, I feel compelled to tell the public what terrible customer service we received when we complained about a basic necessity.

10. To be honest i will pay the price just because Hard Rock employees are excellent and different from all other hotel employees, very natural, energetic, positive, and enjoy working, so makes the guests enjoy being there.
