1. When we found the hotel hot tub was closed for some renovations, the staff took care of us and got us into the Omni hotel's hot tub next door.

2. Jeff and Robbie in concierge totally took care of us and made reservations (which took so much stress off of me, because I was the planner for the weekend), they even had a beautiful dessert try and card sent to us at the restaurant we dined at (which was not in the hotel).
