1. The Guest Services manager at the Hard Rock worked with me from the beginning, providing top-notch excellent service the likes of which you cannot find outside of Vegas.

2. A large TV, excellent bed (pillows were very soft, miss the Hilton in that aspect)The location is very nice as well, a quick ride from the airport and walking distance to the Convention centre.
