1. In general, I was not expecting to be in a part of the hotel that required a shuttle to get me to the conference rooms (meant that if I forgot something for a meeting, which I did, it was about 25 minutes to get to and come back from my room)- found out later that the bay tower used to be a Ramada that was acquired by Sheraton (literally a different hotel).

4. Well, we got to the Sheraton, and the line to check in was long because they only had 2 computers working off generators and all these people were trying to check in whose flights had been cancelled (it's right by the airport).

6. Im not a person who generally holds hotels to unreasonable standards, but for the price paid, and the parking that i paid for (even if just self parking), i think i should have been informed somehow that parking would be a mess on my last night, so i could have planned accordingly and i dont think i should have had to have delt with snotty rude parking attendants.

8. I found the rooms to be clean and well serviced, the food as reasonably priced as you would expect and the staff generally personable, but, reversing stacker trucks emptying vehicles and and trash at 5 am wasn't on.
