1. Nice, clean convenient and parking was not far nor crowded and it was fairly cheaper than downtown hotel parking.

2. Overall, although this hotel is 'cheaper' than the other Starwood hotels nearby, considering it's close proximity to the airport and what you are getting, staying at the W, Westin, or US Grant will get you more bang for the buck.

7. Parking is expensive so having a car is not a great option (it is actually cheaper to park at the airport itself and use the shuttle to go between your car and the hotel).

Overcharged, gave us a cheaper/smaller room than we paid for due to overbooking, parking lot took a half hour to exit from due to broken equipment, they lost our registration info, tried to say we didn't have club access, forgot our free breakfast, tried to charge us $300 for a 28 minute phone call, tried to charge us $160 for minibar use (I didn't touch it).
