3. While wi-fi is offered for free in the lobby, you have to pay for it in your room and, since I was in the Lanai Building, the lobby was quite a trek.

4. The Sheraton wanted to charge a daily rate for internet access (when will SPG group get with the program?? Priority - aka Intercontinentals and Holiday Inns - offer free wi-fi to guests.

7. There is a few computers in the lobby with free interentThe chain in general adopting strange policy of not crediting points for booking done through travel agents, which will discourage me from going to such in the future.

9. be prepared to catch cabs or the free hotel shuttle to the airport where you can get a $5 bus pass and ride all day.
